Description

Peptide aldehyde that corresponds to one of the cleavage sites of the inactive 32 kD caspase-3 precursor (amino acids 25-28). In a concentration range of 2.5-5 ?M, it blocks the formation of the p17 subunit and concomitantly induces the accumulation of the p20 peptide.
