Terms and Conditions

1. Catalog peptides are for research purposes only. We only sell our catalog peptides to legitimate companies and research institutes.  A business address and email must be provided at the time of checkout. Any attempt to ship our peptides to a home address or misrepresent your identity or business will result in the cancellation of the order and a 15% restocking fee may be accessed.
2. California Sales Tax: All orders shipped within the state of California will be charged sales tax unless the customer provides CPC Scientific with a certificate of exemption.
3. Limited Liability: CPC Scientific makes no warrantees direct or implied about the suitability of our peptides for any intended use by the customer. CPC Scientific is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or contingent damages arising from the use of the product.
4. Peptide Status: The peptides supplied by CPC Scientific under this proposal will be shipped as non-sterile lyophilized bulk peptides and labeled as “NOT FOR USE IN HUMANS.”
5. Peptide Purity: Quality control for all catalog peptides consists of a certificate of analysis containing a RP-HPLC chromatogram and mass spectral (MS) analysis. The peptides are provided as lyophilized powders and have purities that exceed 95%.
6. Peptide Content: Peptides are shipped according to gross weight unless requested otherwise by the customer. Gross weight is the actual weight of the lyophilized product. This product may include residual water, truncated peptides, and/or salts from the counterions accumulated during the production process. If net peptide (actual peptide content) is required, please specify when requesting a quotation from CPC Scientific.
7. Shipping Conditions: Most lyophilized compounds will ship at room temperature. We recommend -20 °C for long-term storage (i.e., greater than 30 days) and 0 °C for short-term storage. It is important to not open the vial while it is cold to avoid condensing water onto the peptide.
8. International Shipping: The shipping fee listed in the quote does not include any taxes, customs duties, or fees associated with international shipments. They are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Insurance: Peptides are shipped without insurance unless the customer requests prior to shipment.
