Description

Peptide aldehyde that corresponds to one of the cleavage sites of the inactive 32 kD caspase-3 precursor (amino acids 172-175). In a concentration range of 0.5 ?M, it blocks the formation of the p17 subunit and concomitantly induces the accumulation of the 32kD precursor.
