Description

Peptide derived from the sequence surrounding the tyrosine phosphorylation site of the Rous sarcoma virus-encoded transforming protein pp60 that has also been used as a substrate to monitor the purification of the insulin receptor, a protein tyrosine kinase. This peptide tyrosine phosphorylation is stimulated by epidermal growth factor in vitro.
