Tyrosinase epitope that is recognized by HLA-A24 restricted, tumor-infiltrating lyphocytes. It may be used as a reagent to generate melanoma-specific T cells for adoptive immunotherapy in addition to peptide vaccines for HLA-A24+ melanoma patients.
