Description

This is amino acids 494 to 513 fragment of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) calmodulin (CaM)-binding region. The enzyme NOS is exquisitely regulated in vivo by the calcium sensor protein calmodulin to control production of NO, a key signaling molecule and cytotoxin.
