Hosted in San Jose, California, our annual gathering brought together colleagues from various teams and timezones for meaningful updates, focused sessions, and well-earned celebration. This year’s gathering was a salient reminder of the shared purpose and teamwork that fuel our success at CPC Scientific.

Shawn Lee, PhD (CEO & Founder) kicked off the conference with a forward-looking reflection on our company’s evolution and the direction we’re heading. Shawn highlighted key milestones from the past year and valuable insights into our long-term goals, wrapping up with a compelling vision for what lies ahead.

It was a unifying message: our continued growth at CPC Scientific is grounded in shared values, bold innovation, and unwavering focus on strong execution.

Congratulations to John Phipps (Vice President of Clinical Pipeline Development – U.S.), our 2025 Employee of the Year! John’s dedication, leadership, and tireless efforts have played a pivotal role in advancing CPC Scientific’s clinical pipelines and building strong partnerships.

We also celebrated a major milestone for two longtime leaders: Lei Zhao, PhD (Director of Customer Service) and Xiaohe Tong (Chief Technical Officer), both marking an amazing 15 years with CPC Scientific. Their deep expertise and steadfast loyalty have shaped CPC Scientific’s technical rigor and customer-first culture from the ground up.

Whether we were tackling strategy sessions, solving escape room puzzles, or sharing stories and insights over dinner, each moment brought us closer as a team and added fuel to the momentum we’re building together.
